Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously reported by SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), in July 2022, Ampt LLC (“Ampt”) filed a complaint against the Company with the International Trade Commission alleging patent infringement and related lawsuits in the Delaware court. On May 9, 2023, Ampt and the Company entered into a settlement agreement under which the parties agreed to dismiss all proceedings related to the complaints and the parties have granted each other 10-year cross-licenses for certain intellectual property.
