Item 8.01. Other Events. On March 15, 2021, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on April 9, 2021 to stockholders of record as of April 1, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
