Response to Press Report
On September 12, 2025, in response to press report regarding Shinhan Financial Group, some media outlets reported that Shinhan Financial Group is currently undergoing acquisition process of Lotte Insurance. In this regard, Shinhan Financial Group hereby clarifies that such reports are not true.
