Item 8.01	Other Events.

On November 12, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sonim Technologies, Inc. appointed Mike Mulica as Chairman of the Board. Jeffrey Wang, who previously served as Chairman of the Board, will remain on the Board as an independent director.
