Sonendo, Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually at 1:30p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Additional information regarding the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be disclosed in the Company’s Proxy Statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
