Alianza Minerals Recaps 2021 Results and Outlines 2022 Plans

Vancouver, BC, January 18, 2022 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (“ Alianza ”) ( TSX -V: ANZ , OTCQB: TARSF) provides a summary of 2021 accomplishments and a preview of 2022.

“We had an extremely productive year in 2021, marked by advancement of the exciting new West Fault high grade silver target at our Haldane Project in Yukon’s historic Keno Hill Mining District,” stated Jason Weber, P.Geo, President and CEO of Alianza. “We also made great progress introducing our Copper Alliance in the Southwest United States, making two acquisitions, and farming out one project. Including work at our Tim Project with our partner Coeur, we are expecting four drilling programs on Alianza projects in 2022.”

Haldane Silver Project, Keno Hill District, Yukon – 100% Owned

The 2021 campaign at Haldane kicked off after the announcement of high-grade silver mineralization and wide vein intersections in drill hole HLD20-19 early 2021 at the new West Fault target. Drilling commenced in the spring to follow up the result from the 2020 intersection (8.72 m estimated true width averaging 311 g/t silver, 0.89% lead and 1.13% zinc) with 50 metre step outs along strike and down dip, extending mineralization 100 metres along strike and 90 metres down trend. This campaign was highlighted by additional high grade results of 3.14 m estimated true width averaging 1,351 g/t silver, 2.43% lead and 2.91% zinc in hole HLD21-24 including 1.26 m estimated true width averaging 3,267 g/t silver, 5.80% lead and 7.02% zinc. Drilling revealed two splays of strongly mineralized veins within the West Fault Complex. The next phase of drilling will test the West Fault Complex vein mineralization to the southwest and down dip to determine the extent of high grade silver mineralization at this target. This program is planned to commence in the summer with a minimum of 2,000 metres of drilling planned. In addition to the high priority West Fault, plans for additional holes at the Middlecoff and the recently discovered Bighorn targets are being drawn up as well. Program details will be made available once finalized.

Klondike Property, Southwest US Copper Alliance, Colorado – Optioned to Allied Copper

Alianza, together with Alliance partner Cloudbreak Discovery, PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed company, recently optioned the Klondike copper property in Colorado to Allied Copper Corp. (“Allied”) (TSXV:CPR) (see press release dated December 7, 2021). Allied is planning initial remote sensing and magnetics geophysical surveys to be followed by drilling. Recent work by Alianza and Cloudbreak expanded upon known copper mineralization on surface, particularly at the Northeast Fault target, where rock sampling returned 1.56% copper and 1.4 g/t silver over a 4.6 metre chip sample of copper oxides bearing, bleached, bitumen spotted and altered Jurassic sandstones. This target area was traced over 200 metres on strike and over 100 metres in width before becoming obscured under overburden.

Tim Silver Property, Yukon – Optioned to Coeur

Coeur Explorations Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of silver producer Coeur Mining, Inc., completed SkyTEM airborne geophysics, mapping, soil geochemical sampling and trenching at Tim in 2021. The SkyTEM airborne survey identified several conductors that appear to correlate with oxidized silver-bearing mineralization encountered in historic trenching programs by previous operators. Re-opening of the historic trenches in 2021 exposed oxidized material thought to be related to carbonate replacement mineralization, similar in nature to silver-bearing mineralization seen elsewhere in the region. Analytical results from trench samples are pending. In total, 1,298 soil samples, 38 rock chip and grab samples from the historic trenches, and 4 rock grab samples from regional reconnaissance were collected during the program.

Once all analytical results have been received and compiled by Coeur and provided to Alianza, results will be reported. The Tim Property is located 19km from Coeur’s Silvertip Mine in the Rancheria district of the southern Yukon Territory, Canada. Coeur is earning an 80% interest by completing (i) funding $3.55 million in exploration over five years and (ii) making scheduled cash payments totalling $575,000 over eight years. Coeur must also fund a feasibility study and notify Alianza of its intention to develop a commercial mine on the property by December, 2028. Twin Canyon Gold Property, Colorado – Available for Option

Exploration at Twin Canyon in 2021 consisted of additional sampling and mapping of mineralization and structures underground at the Charlene Mine in order to help identify controls on mineralization and prioritize drill targets for testing the over 3,000 m by 250 m gold-in-soil geochemical anomaly surrounding the Charlene workings. Management expects to receive a permit for the drill program from the United States Forest Service and Colorado state authorities in short order. Alianza will seek a partner to conduct a ten-hole RC drilling program under the approved permit.

Other Properties

Management is actively engaged in advanced discussions to option out additional properties in its portfolio in Nevada, Colorado and British Columbia. It is expected that one or more agreements will be finalized early in 2022 that may lead to additional partner funded exploration for Alianza and its shareholders this year.

Option Grant

Alianza has granted options to employees, consultants and contractors to the Company at a price of $0.10. A total of 5,800,000 options were granted, expiring January 18, 2027.

Alianza Minerals Files Technical Report for Haldane Project and Files Annual Information Form

Vancouver, BC, February 9, 2022 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (“ Alianza ” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ANZ, OTCQB: TARSF) is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR a National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) compliant technical report on its 100% owned Haldane project entitled “Technical Report on the Haldane Project, Yukon, Canada” (the “Technical Report”). The Technical Report has an effective date of December 31, 2021, and was prepared by Murray Jones, MSc, PGeo of Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd., a Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101.

The 8,579 hectare Haldane project is located in the western portion of the Keno Hill silver district, 25 kilometres west of Keno City, Yukon. Exploration at Haldane is targeting extensions of historical high-grade silver production on the property as well as recently defined targets, such as the West Fault, in new areas of the property.

The Technical Report is being filed concurrently with, and in support of, the Company’s Annual Information Form (“AIF”) for the financial year ended September 30, 2021. The AIF has been voluntarily filed by Alianza in order to permit the Company to be eligible to file a short form prospectus under National Instrument 44-101 at a future date. The Company is not currently contemplating a financing using the short form prospectus system, however the Company would like to ensure that the system is available to it in the future.

“We have had successful campaigns at Haldane, both at the West Fault and Middlecoff zones,” stated Jason Weber, P.Geo., President and CEO of Alianza. “Both targets are open to depth and along strike in both directions and show evidence of multiple fault movements and mineralizing events that may be conducive to forming larger mineralized bodies. We look forward to advancing both of these targets and others at Haldane.”

Haldane Silver Project, Keno Hill District, Yukon

Recent work at Haldane has targeted the West Fault target. Drilling in 2021 aimed to follow up the result from a late 2020 intersection (8.72 m estimated true width averaging 311 g/t silver, 0.89% lead and 1.13% zinc) with 50 metre step outs along strike and down dip, extending mineralization 100 metres along strike and 90 metres down trend. This program is planned to commence in the summer with a minimum of 2,000 metres of drilling planned. In addition to the high priority West Fault, plans for additional holes at the Middlecoff and the recently discovered Bighorn targets are being drawn up as well. Program details will be made available once finalized.

Alianza and Cloudbreak Discovery option out Stateline Copper Project, Colorado to Allied Copper

Vancouver, BC, February 10, 2022 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (“ Alianza ”) ( TSX -V: ANZ , OTCQB: TARSF ) and Cloudbreak Discovery Plc (“Cloudbreak”) (LSE: CDL) (the “Alliance”) are pleased to announce the optioning of the Stateline Property (“Stateline”) to Allied Copper Corp. (“Allied”) (TSX-V: CPR). The Stateline Copper Property is located in Colorado and Utah, United States, comprising 22 unpatented mining claims, and is 8 km along trend to the southeast of the operating Lisbon Valley Copper Mine.

Under the Stateline Option Agreement, Allied can earn a 100% interest in the property under the following terms (all payments amounts are split 50/50 between Alianza and Cloudbreak):

  • Over a three-year period, Allied will spend an aggregate of CAD $3,750,000 in exploration expenditures on the property, with at least CAD $500,000 being spent prior to the first anniversary of the closing date;

  • Issue 4,250,000 common shares over a three-year period of which 500,000 are due on closing; and

  • Make an aggregate of CAD $315,000 in cash payments to the Alliance of which $40,000 will be paid shortly and with a further $50,000 due on closing.

  • The Alliance will retain a 2% net smelter royalty which is not subject to a buy down provision.

If Allied acquires additional mineral tenures within the Area of Interest (the “AOI”), it will issue the Alliance additional common shares on a sliding scale that is proportional to the area of the acquired mineral tenures. Conversely, if the Alliance acquires mineral tenures within the AOI, it will first offer them to Allied and be compensated on that same sliding scale, should Allied choose to acquire them.

Jason Weber, President and CEO of Alianza, states, “We are delighted to grow our relationship with Allied and are looking forward to supporting their exploration efforts in the Paradox Basin. Having both Stateline and Klondike with the same partner allows us to better understand the geology and mineralization within the Paradox Basin and explore the regional opportunity within it.”

About the Stateline Project

The Stateline project is located approximately 40 kilometres southwest of Naturita, Colorado, covering the state boundary between Utah and Colorado at the southeast end of the Lisbon Valley. This property lies within the Paradox Copper Belt, which includes the producing Lisbon Valley Mining Complex (“LVMC”). There are numerous historical copper occurrences that have been identified throughout the belt, however, many of these have not been explored using modern exploration techniques.

Figure 1. Stateline Property Location and Regional Geology Plan Map Picture 1 Historical surface sampling of mineralized outcrops has yielded assay results up to 1.6% copper and 1.7 grams per tonne (“g/t”) silver and 0.45% copper and 2.1 g/t silver. Disseminated copper-silver mineralization has also been identified in several outcropping sandstones in other stratigraphic positions. Both styles of mineralization will be investigated in upcoming work programs with the goal of refining drill targets in these units. Initial work will include detailed geological mapping, soil and rock sampling, and geophysics.

The project is road accessible year-round including those roads supporting access to the Lisbon Valley Mine Complex (LVMC). The project is comprised of 22 mining claims on Federal mineral rights managed by the Bureau for Land Management. Ground covered by the current claims was at one time part of the LVMC claim package.

About the Strategic Alliance

Under the terms of the Alliance, either Cloudbreak Discovery Plc or Alianza Minerals Ltd can introduce projects to the Alliance. Projects accepted into the Alliance will be held 50/50 but funding of the initial acquisition and any preliminary work programs will be funded 40% by the introducing partner and 60% by the other party. Project expenditures are determined by committee, consisting of two senior management personnel from each party. Alianza is the operator of Alliance projects unless the Alliance steering committee determines, on a case-by-case basis, that Cloudbreak would be a more suitable operator. The initial term of the Alliance runs for two years and may be extended for an additional two years.

Alianza Minerals Details 2022 Q1 Milestones

Vancouver, BC, April 12, 2022 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (“ Alianza ”) ( TSX -V: ANZ , OTCQB: TARSF) led by Jason Weber, Rob Duncan and Mark Brown, has had a busy Q1 with several milestones achieved:

Property Transactions:

  • Completed the option agreement on the Klondike Copper Project in Colorado. Alianza and its copper alliance partner, LSE listed Cloudbreak Discovery, have received the initial payments in cash and shares from Allied Copper who can acquire 100% of the project and issue a 2% NSR Royalty to the copper alliance.

  • Announced a new three year option agreement on the Stateline Copper Project in Colorado under the copper alliance with Cloudbreak. The agreement allows Allied Copper to acquire 100% of the project for payments in cash, shares and potentially an 2% NSR Royalty.

Exploration:

  • Filed a 43-101 compliant Technical Report on the Haldane Silver Property in Yukon, Canada. This is the first time such a comprehensive geological report has been completed and it will allow serious analysts and investors to study the project work completed to date at Haldane in one report.

  • Selected targets and planned the drill program for the Haldane Silver Property for summer 2022. The project will continue to be managed and coordinated by Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. (“Equity”) of Vancouver BC. Equity has been on the ground at Haldane since 2007 and their knowledge of the project and their understanding of its geology is a great benefit to Alianza.

  • Met with Optionee, partner Coeur Mining Inc. (“Coeur”), regarding planning for the 2022 drill program at Alianza’s Tim Silver Project. Permitting is underway and on track for a summer 2022 program. The Tim Project is 19 kilometers from Coeur’s Silver Tip Mine in northern BC.

  • Planning and permitting for drilling at both the SW US Alliance copper projects in Colorado, Klondike and Stateline, is underway. Drillhole locations have been selected for both projects and are being fine-tuned. A budget of $1 million for Klondike and $500,000 for Stateline has been approved by Allied for the 2022 programs.

  • An airborne (UAV) magnetics survey was recently completed at Klondike. Satellite hyperspectral (WorldView III) data acquisition has been commissioned for both Klondike and Stateline to help guide further exploration and target drilling.

  • Ongoing project review of new projects for potential acquisition and marketing projects in the Company’s portfolio to potential partners.

Corporate:

  • Annual Financial Reports (Jan. 26, 2022) and Annual Information Form (Feb. 9, 2022) (“AIF”) filed. This is important because the AIF in particular gives the Company access to more options for financings than it has ever had.

  • Annual General Meeting was held on March 17, 2022 and the most significant part of the meeting was to add Mr. Sven Gollan to the Board of Directors. Mr. Gollan and a company that he represents together own 10.37% of Alianza and is now the largest shareholder of Alianza followed by Mr. Mark Brown and his company Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. (8.89%).

  • Coordinated an ongoing review and update of environmental, social and governance issues, including additional disclosure about the activities of Alianza in these areas. Alianza has always followed all regulations and best practices in working with communities, governance and environmental protection and remediation.

  • Received approximately $160,000 in cash property option payments and $200,000 in shares from optionees.

Jason Weber noted that “It has been a busy quarter and that continues into Q2 with additional planning, marketing, and project execution to add value for shareholders in new ways. With potentially 4 drill programs this summer, we expect to have a very steady news flow and hopefully some exciting drill results for our shareholders later this summer.”
