Alianza Minerals Receives $626,805 Through Warrant Exercise
Vancouver, BC, March 4, 2021 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: ANZ , OTC: TARSF) (“Alianza ” or the “Company”) is pleased to report it has received $626,805 from the exercise of 6,296,100 common share purchase warrants and finders’ warrants since September 30, 2020. The warrants and finders’ warrants were originally from the July 2019 and February 2020’s private placements.
The funds received from the warrant exercise will be available to augment the remaining proceeds (approximately $1 million) from the Company’s September 2020 flow-through share financing to fund a spring drilling program at the wholly-owned Haldane Silver Project in the historic Keno Hill District, YT. Planning and drill hole targeting is in process for an expected start up in late April.
In addition to the exploration program at Haldane, Alianza is preparing for exploration programs at its gold projects in British Columbia, Colorado and Nevada, and is in the process of securing partners for some of these projects.
Alianza is also seeking a partner for the 100% owned Yanac Copper Project in southern Peru. The road-accessible Yanac Project is a drill-ready copper porphyry target defined by coincident Induced Polarization (IP) chargeability, magnetics and copper-molybdenum anomalies over a 1.2 by 0.9 km area.
Alianza also understands that a subsidiary of Coeur Mining, Inc. (“Coeur”) is planning to conduct an initial exploration program at the Tim Silver Project in southern Yukon, 12 kilometres north of Coeur’s Silvertip mine consisting of a SkyTEM airborne geophysical survey, mapping, soil geochemical sampling and trenching. The SkyTEM airborne geophysical survey is scheduled for this spring and is expected to collect magnetic and resistivity data over the concessions with the idea of initially using the data for structures and geology. Additional groundwork is planned for the summer. In accordance with the 2020 option agreement between Coeur and Alianza, Coeur is operating the Tim Silver Project exploration program. The initial exploration program is expected to be completed this fall.
As of the date of the news release, Alianza has 138,090,322 common shares outstanding and is fully funded until Q1 2022, with over $1.88 million in the treasury.

Alianza Minerals Increases Size of Gold in Soils Anomaly to over Three Kilometres at the Twin Canyon Project, Colorado, USA
·2020 soils survey expands anomalous gold values to over 3,000 metres of strike length in prospective Junction Creek Sandstone
·Gold values 0.52 to 6.28 g/t from underground grab samples
·Drill program permitting underway
Vancouver, BC, March 10, 2021 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: ANZ , OTC: TARSF) (“Alianza ” or the “Company”) is pleased to report the results of the surface exploration program at the Twin Canyon Gold Project in southwestern Colorado. The Twin Canyon Gold Project hosts disseminated gold mineralization in sandstone and was the site of a small mining operation dating back to the 1950s.
The current program successfully expanded the size of the gold in soil anomaly footprint to over 3,000 metres along the prospective Junction Creek Sandstone. The anomalous values range from 10 ppb – 460 ppb gold. Limited sampling of both the stratigraphically lower Entrada, and stratigraphically higher Dakota, sandstones returned weakly anomalous gold values opening up two new prospective units with potential to host gold mineralization. In light of the successful expansion of the soil geochemical anomalies, Alianza has commenced permitting an initial drill program to test the extent of gold mineralization in the Junction Creek Sandstone and other targets that may be identified.
An underground structural mapping and sampling program was also completed and revealed that two types of black bitumen veins and fracture fills along with resistant brown coloured shears are associated with gold mineralization. Gold-bearing veins, fracture fills and shears dominantly strike north-east and dip to the south east. This orientation is approximately orthogonal to the axis of an anticline centred over Twin Canyon. These types of mineralized veins returned 1.15 – 5.66 g/t gold from grab samples, while the immediate wall rock surrounding them consisting of disseminated bitumen-spotted sandstone and hard brown concretions also returned highly anomalous values ranging from 0.52 – 6.28 g/t gold. A sample of white, resistant deformation bands and wall rock with a north-west strike parallel to the strike of the anticline returned 1.45 g/t gold.
“We are excited by the results of our sampling programs at Twin Canyon,” stated Jason Weber, P.Geo., President and CEO of Alianza. “We have now demonstrated a large anomalous gold footprint over 3,000 metres in length with multiple prospective altered host stratigraphic horizons. A key component of the program was gaining an understanding of structural controls for gold mineralization, which we have achieved along with returning numerous multi-gram-per-tonne gold analyses. This knowledge will be utilized in designing and refining drill targets at Twin Canyon and will be integral to finding a partner to advance the project through drilling.”
Alianza launched the 2020 fall program to follow up the successful first field program at Twin Canyon. Highlights of that work included expansion of the property to over four square kilometres, definition of a large gold in soil anomaly ranging from 20 – 460 ppb gold and measuring over 1,900 metres long by 100 metres wide, and the discovery of new areas of gold mineralization through limited prospecting. Results included 0.208 g/t gold in a grab sample of bitumen-spotted altered Junction Creek Sandstone.
Gold mineralization occurs at Twin Canyon in areas where the host sandstone unit is bleached and spotted with bitumen, with small amounts of limonite after pyrite. Optical and microprobe work carried out on mineralized samples indicate a direct gold –bitumen association raising the novel possibility that the mineralizing process at Twin Canyon is related to those associated with petroleum basin development. A small underground gold mine (the Charlene Mine) operated at Twin Canyon dating back to the mid-1950s. Historical sampling of the underground workings has returned grab samples ranging from 0.1 to 15.77 g/t gold. Twenty-eight historical channel samples 1.5 to 10 metres in length were anomalous in gold, eight of which exceeded 2 g/t gold (including a highlight of 8.1 g/t gold over 3 metres).

Alianza Minerals Acquires Additional Data for Yanac Copper Porphyry Project, Peru
Vancouver, BC, April 28, 2021 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: ANZ , OTCQB: TARSF) (“Alianza ” or the “Company”) reports it has acquired additional data pertaining to the Company’s Yanac Copper Project in Peru. Yanac is a drill-ready copper porphyry project located 50 km northeast of the town of Chincha Alta and 60 km from the Pacific coast.
The data obtained is from a five hole reverse circulation drill program totalling 1,135 metres conducted in 2005 under a joint-venture between the Japan Oil, Gas, and Metals Corporation (JOGMEC) and Phelps Dodge. One hole from the 2005 program returned 232 metres averaging 0.23% Cu and 0.015% Mo. Interrogation of the detailed drill log reveals that this hole was drilled largely within phyllic altered rocks leaving the enticing possibility that the potassic core of the system has not been properly tested. The data from the program will be further evaluated and incorporated into the existing database to target follow up drilling.
Work on the property identified a 1.2 by 0.9 km target area consisting of copper-molybdenum soil geochemistry, chargeability and magnetics anomalies. This work was funded through an Alliance between Alianza’s predecessor, Estrella Gold and Cliffs Natural Resources in 2011-2014. This defined a target area of porphyry style alteration and mineralization (pyrite-chalcopyrite-copper oxide-molybdenite) surrounded by a halo of quartz-pyrite veining. Chargeability anomalies suggest the porphyry target may extend at depth. A change in corporate direction at Cliffs resulted in termination of the alliance prior to the planned drilling.
Alianza is actively seeking a partner to conduct the next phase of drilling at Yanac, testing the observed porphyry system at surface and potential extension to depth.

Drilling Underway at Haldane Silver Project, Keno Hill District, Yukon Territory
Vancouver, BC, May 17, 2021 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: ANZ , OTCQB: TARSF) (“Alianza ” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that the Phase Two diamond drilling program has commenced at the Company’s wholly-owned Haldane high-grade silver property located in the historic Keno Hill Mining District of Yukon Territory. The 8,579 hectare Haldane Property is located 25 kilometres west of Keno City, YT in the western portion of the Keno Hill Silver District. Exploration at Haldane is targeting extensions of historic high-grade silver production as well as newly defined targets in new areas of the property.
The 2021 program will focus on the West Fault target, where drilling intersected 16.15 m (estimated true width 8.72 m) averaging 311 g/t silver, 0.89% lead and 1.13% zinc. This includes a high-grade interval of 818 g/t silver, 3.47% lead and 1.03% zinc (980 g/t silver-equivalent) over 3.3 m (1.78 m estimated true width). This phase of drilling will systematically follow up on this result testing along strike and down dip to define possible high-grade mineralized shoots associated with the 2020 intersection. The target remains open in all directions. It is expected that up to 4 holes will be completed in the current campaign.
The West Fault structure is traced for over 650 metres and can be interpreted to extend to 1.1 kilometres in length before merging with the 2.2 kilometre-long Main Zone structure. Drilling to date at the West Fault consists of a total of 5 holes testing two 50 metre segments of the vein that are separated by a distance of 260 metres. Drill testing to date covers only a fraction of the West Fault target and the current program systematically test the vein in approximate 50 metre step-outs to the south and downdip. The West Fault is one of four high-priority silver-lead-zinc-bearing vein drill targets at Haldane.
“Our 2020 program intersected the widest vein mineralization to date at Haldane,” stated Jason Weber, P.Geo., president and CEO of Alianza. “We have only just started to explore this vein structure, with only five holes in total testing it. We look forward to building on this result and starting to show the size potential of this productive part of the West Fault system.”

Alianza Minerals Announces C$1.2 Million Non-Brokered Flow-Through Private Placement
Not for distribution to United States Newswire Services or for dissemination in the United States
Vancouver, BC, May 31, 2021 - Alianza Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: ANZ, OTCQB: TARSF) (“Alianza” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of 10 million Flow-Through Shares of the Company at a price of C$0.12 per flow-through share for gross proceeds to the Company of up to C$1.2 million (the “Offering”). Red Cloud Securities Inc. is acting as a finder in connection with the Offering.
The gross proceeds from the issuance of the Flow-Through Shares will be used for “Canadian Exploration Expenses” (within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada)) (the “Qualifying Expenditures”), which will be renounced with an effective date no later than December 31, 2021 to the purchasers of the Flow-Through Shares in an aggregate amount not less than the gross proceeds raised from the issue of the Flow-Through Shares. If the Qualifying Expenditures are reduced by the Canada Revenue Agency, the Company will indemnify each Flow-Through Shares subscriber for any additional taxes payable by such subscriber as a result of the Company’s failure to renounce the Qualifying Expenditures.
The net proceeds from the sale of Flow-Through Shares shall be used for exploration of the Company’s Haldane Silver Project in the Keno Hill District, Yukon.
Jason Weber, President and CEO of Alianza, noted that “These funds will be used to complete additional drilling at the West Fault target, where drilling is underway. This will be important in helping us follow up the wide, high-grade intersection in our 2020 program which included 8.72 metres averaging 311 g/t silver, 0.89% lead and 1.13% zinc.”
The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about June 14, 2021 and is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”). Finder’s fees of 7% in cash and 7% in finder’s warrants will be paid to eligible parties. Each finder’s warrant is exercisable into one common share at C$0.12 for a period of 24 months. The Flow-Through Shares issued with respect to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable securities laws.
This news release does not constitute an offer of securities for sale in the United States. The securities being offered have not been, nor will they be, registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and such securities may not be offered or sold within the United States absent U.S. registration or an applicable exemption from U.S. registration requirements.
