Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 15, 2020, Bonnie J. Brown resigned as Chief Accounting Officer of Tecogen Inc. (the "Company") and as an officer and Managing Director of the Company's subsidiaries. Ms. Brown will remain available to support the transition of accounting and financial reporting responsibilities.
