Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”) to report that, by means of Note no. NO-2024-68754358-APN-DIRECTORIO#ENARGAS dated July 1, 2024, the Argentine Gas Regulatory Body (“ENARGAS”) notified tgs that -acting on the express instructions of  the Argentine Ministry of Economy and the Argentine Energy Bureau- the tariff adjustment  stipulated for the month of July 2024 shall not be implemented and that tariff charts published in the Argentine Official Gazette on April 3, 2024 shall remain in force and unchanged.
