MATERIAL FACT

Telefônica Brasil S.A. (“Company”) (B3: VIVT3; NYSE: VIV), in the form and purposes of article 157, Paragraph 4, of Law No. 6,404/1976, and CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, in continuity to the Material Fact disclosed on June 26^th^, 2024, hereby informs its shareholders and market in general, that became aware that the Plenary of the Federal Court of Accounts – TCU, in a decision during the Ordinary Session held on this date, unanimously approved, in a final and definitive manner, the proposal for the Self-Composition Agreement for the Adaptation of Switched Fixed Telephone Service (STFC) Concession Contracts to Authorization Instruments, with the inclusion of conditions, to be examined and ratified by the Company, National Telecommunications Agency - ANATEL and Federal Government, through the Ministry of Communications.
