As of August 14, 2026, the issuance date of the condensed consolidated financial statements in this Quarterly Report as of and for the three months ended June 30, 2026, there is uncertainty about whether our combined cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities will be sufficient to fund operations beyond twelve months from the issuance date of the condensed consolidated financial statements in this Report and therefore we concluded that substantial doubt exists about our ability to continue as a going concern.”
