In connection with the notice to shareholders of Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A.B. de C.V. published on October 6, 2023, the following information is provided:

It reads: Pursuant to the resolutions of the abovementioned shareholders meeting, payment will be made in Mexican pesos through S.D. Indeval, S.A. de C.V., Institución para el Depósito de Valores, based on the exchange rate published by the Mexican Central Bank (Banco de México) in the Official Gazzette (Diario Oficialde la Federación) on the business day prior to the payment date, which is Monday, October, 16, 2023.

It should read: Pursuant to the resolutions of the abovementioned shareholders meeting, payment will be made in Mexican pesos through S.D. Indeval, S.A. de C.V., Institución para el Depósito de Valores, based on the exchange rate published by the Mexican Central Bank (Banco de México) in the Official Gazzette (Diario Oficialde la Federación) on the business day prior to the payment date, which is Friday, October, 13, 2023.
