Item 5.03.Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On May 30, 2023, the board of directors of Innovative International Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) approved a change to the Company’s fiscal year end from December 31 to March 31, in accordance with the Company’s amended and restated articles of association. The Company will file a Transition Report on Form 10-QT for the transition period from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023.
