ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA GROUP TO REPORT 2023 FISCAL YEAR PRELIMINARY UNAUDITED REVENUES, JANUARY 31, 2024

January 16, 2024 – MILAN— Ermenegildo Zegna N.V. (NYSE: ZGN) (“Zegna Group” or “the Company”) today announced that it will report its 2023 Fiscal Year Preliminary Unaudited Revenues on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at approximately 6:30 a.m. ET (12:30 p.m. CET). On the same day, at 8:00 a.m. ET (2:00 p.m. CET), the Company will host a webcast and conference call.
