This current report on Form 6-K was filed in connection with the resignation of Xiaoyi Wu as a director of ZKH Group Limited (the “Company”), effective May 17, 2024. Ms. Wu’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its business, finance, accounting, or any other matters.
