Returns upcoming FDA advisory-committee meetings — each with its meeting window, the reviewing center, the catalyst type, and its FDA.gov source page — ordered by meeting date, soonest first. This is a forward-looking calendar of announced meetings (historical coverage begins November 2025) with no stock-ticker linkage; follow each row's sourceUrl to see the product or sponsor under review.

Parameters: startDate, endDate (yyyy-MM-dd; default today through 90 days out, with endDate floored at the start date); limit (default 60, max 500). Not paged — no offset.
