“You talked about the e-commerce channel and how things can do well there, they build well for the overall business. Can you double-click on the levers you can pull to improve traffic there and what guidance assumes as the year moves forward?”

“Can you unpack your expectations for gross margins a little further? How do we think about the puts and takes in Q3 and if that differs from your Q4 plans? I know that inventory cleanup is ongoing, so curious if that's done with in Q3 or if that's something that spills over into Q4.”

“And how do you think about the impact of gold prices from here? You know, prices are below the peak in January, but higher than where they were midsummer. So does that impact – how does that impact the gross margin line as we think about the back half?”

“Can you dig deeper on what you think are the most effective drivers of strong and improved GMS growth in Q2? What's working and where do you see the most opportunity for improvement?”

“I was hoping you could provide additional color around increasing frequency. So has the primary driver been customers coming back for a core product like core scrubs, or are they buying into the adjacent categories?”
