Item 8.01 Other Events.
As Archer Aviation Inc. (the “Company”) previously disclosed, on March 30, 2021, one of its employees, who is a former employee of Wisk Aero LLC, had a search warrant executed at his home in connection with a federal investigation. On January 28, 2022, the U.S. Attorney’s Office informed the Company that, based on its review, it has made the decision not to bring charges against this employee and does not intend to continue the investigation.
