Nisun International Announces Supply Chain ServiceAgreement with Changjiu Vegetables

SHANGHAI, China, February 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Nisun International Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd (“Nisun” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: NISN), a provider of innovative comprehensive solutions through an integration of technology, industry, and finance, announced that Fintech (Henan) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd (“Henan Fintech”), a subsidiary of Fintech (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd and a controlled affiliate of the Company, has signed a supply chain service agreement with Zhengzhou Changjiu Vegetables Co., Ltd. (“Changjiu Vegetables”). Under this agreement, Henan Fintech provides Changjiu Vegetables with meat, vegetable and fruit product procurement and other services, expanding its scale and improving quality and efficiency. The transaction volume under the cooperation is expected to reach 12,000 tons per year.

Changjiu Vegetables mainly operates in vegetable planting and sales, while simultaneously providing services for other agricultural products, such as production, sales, processing, transportation and storage.

With the agricultural industry as a core service segment, Nisun gradually works to improve the domestic agricultural supply chain by eliminating gaps between production and sales and improving efficiency. Nisun will continue to use its technological advantages to maintain comprehensive coverage and dynamic circulation in the agricultural supply chain, providing high-quality and effective supply chain management solutions to current and potential clients.
