On July 10, 2025, Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting certain information about the Company’s preliminary assets under management as of June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Milwaukee, WI - July 10, 2025 - Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. (NYSE: APAM) today reported that its preliminary assets under management ("AUM") as of June 30, 2025 totaled $175.5 billion. Artisan Funds and Artisan Global Funds accounted for $85.6 billion of total firm AUM, while separate accounts and other AUM1 accounted for $89.9 billion.
