Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

ATN International, Inc. (the “Company”) and Mr. William F. Kreisher have agreed, effective January 15, 2021, to a change in Mr. Kreisher’s job responsibilities. While Mr. Kreisher, who joined the Company in 2007, will remain an employee of the Company and continue to be an important resource on corporate development matters, the overall reduction in his workload and duties mean that he will no longer be considered an executive officer of the Company.
