Item5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors.

On April 25, 2022, Alison Roelke notified AeroVironment, Inc. (the “Company”) that she is resigning as the Company’s Vice President and Chief People Officer effective May 12, 2022 to pursue new opportunities. Ms. Roelke’s decision to resign did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
