In addition, AEVEX and the selling stockholder identified in the registration statement intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,717,847 and 682,153 shares of Class A common stock from AEVEX and the selling stockholder, respectively, at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
