Assume Additional Role as Interim CEO for Global Lottery Segment
On July 20, 2023, International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT) (the "Company") announced that Vincent Sadusky, President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, will assume the additional responsibilities of CEO, Global Lottery formerly held by the late Fabio Cairoli. Mr. Sadusky will serve on an interim basis as the Company explores permanent leadership for the Global Lottery segment.
