On April 9, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Byline Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Carlos Ruiz Sacristán, who was previously appointed to the Board on October 3, 2023, as a member of the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of each of the Company and Byline Bank, the Company’s subsidiary bank.
