Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On June 17, 2021, Clipper Realty Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”).  The stockholders of the Company approved all of the proposals presented at the Annual Meeting, which are described in detail in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2021 (the “Proxy Statement”).

The following are the voting results of the proposals submitted to the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting:
