On August 12, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Carol L. Brosgart as a director of the Company, effective immediately.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Brosgart and any other persons, pursuant to which she was selected as a director, no family relationships among any of the Company’s directors or executive officers and Ms. Brosgart, and there are no related party transactions involving Ms. Brosgart that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
