Item 1.04 Mine Safety – Reporting of Shutdown and Patterns of Violations

Audubon Materials LLC, a subsidiary of Eagle Materials Inc. d/b/a Central Plains Cement Company LLC, received an order at its facility in Sugar Creek, Missouri on December 8, 2020 issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977. The order states that a customer’s truck driver was observed on top of a bulk tanker approximately 12 feet off the ground without being tied off. No one was injured in the cited incident, and the practice immediately ceased. This order has been terminated.
