On June 24, 2021, Fiserv, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Guy Chiarello, the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer, to serve as its Chief Operating Officer effective June 24, 2021.
Mr. Chiarello, age 61, has served as the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer since July 2019. Mr. Chiarello joined the Company as part of the acquisition of First Data Corporation, where he served as President since 2013. From 2008 to 2013, he served as Chief Information Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a global financial services firm. From 1985 to 2008, Mr. Chiarello served in various technology and leadership roles including Chief Information Officer at Morgan Stanley, a global financial services firm.
