On September 16, 2024, First National Corporation (the “Company”) participated in the Janney Financial Services Conference in Washington, D.C. The investor presentation, which includes information regarding the Company’s financial results, business strategies and trends, is intended to be made available to shareholders, analysts and investors. A copy of the presentation to investors is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
