Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 4, 2025, Enact Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACT), a publicly traded subsidiary of Genworth Financial, Inc., issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, incorporated by reference as Exhibit 99.1.
Genworth Financial, Inc. announced it will issue its earnings release for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 after the market closes on February 18, 2025. A conference call will be held on February 19, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) to discuss the quarter’s results.
