Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 27, 2026, Grown Rogue International Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its financial results for the first quarter 2026, after market close on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and will host an earnings conference call and webcast on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to discuss its financial results.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
