On September 25, 2020, JOYY Inc. (Nasdaq: YY) (“JOYY” or the “Company”), a global video-based social media platform, today announced that, Mr. Pengjun Lu has tendered his resignation from his position as the Company’s chief technology officer due to personal reasons, effective on September 25, 2020.
