On March 5, 2025, KB Financial Group Inc. (“KB Financial Group” or the “Group”) furnished a public notice regarding the convocation of<br>its annual general meeting of shareholders for fiscal year 2024.<br><br>The agenda<br>for the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on March 26, 2025 is currently being distributed to shareholders of KB Financial Group for their reference as they exercise their voting rights.

She is also an expert in consumer science, having served as the Chairperson of the Korean Society of Consumer Studies, the Chairperson of the Asian Consumer & Family Economics<br>Association, and the Chairperson of the Korean Society of Consumer Policy and Education.
