On July 28, 2026, Herbert W. Moloney III informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lee Enterprises, Incorporated (the “Company”) he is retiring from the Board effective July 28, 2026. As there are no disagreements as contemplated by Item 5.02(a) of the Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company is disclosing this information pursuant to Item 5.02(b) of the Current Report on Form 8-K.
