Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 18, 2024, Liberty Latin America Ltd. (the “Company”) and Rocio Lorenzo, Chief Customer Officer (“CCO”) of the Company and a “named executive officer” in the Company’s proxy statement for its 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders, agreed that Ms. Lorenzo would be appointed as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Cable & Wireless Panama, effective January 22, 2024, and will no longer be the Company’s CCO.
