Resignation of Named Executive Officer

On March 13, 2023, Lauren Walker, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain of Medifast, Inc. (the "Company") informed the Company of her intention to retire, effective May 4, 2023. The Company will work with Ms. Walker on an orderly transition of her role.
