Strategic Balance Sheet Management Yields a Healthy Net Interest Margin
, /PRNewswire/ -- MainStreet Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNSB & MNSBP), the financial holding company for MainStreet Bank, reported a net income of $15.6 million for the year-ended December 31, 2025, resulting in earnings per common share of $1.76. The Company executed a buyback of 209,000 shares during the fourth quarter as part of its share buyback plan. The Company and Bank remain strongly capitalized.

We are laser-focused on building a strong balance sheet and our portfolio is well-positioned for the current and anticipated interest rate environment."
