On April 25, 2023, Alice W. Handy notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of New Mountain Finance Corporation (the “Company”) that she was resigning as a director of the Board, effective immediately. In submitting her resignation, Ms. Handy did not express any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
