Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 27, 2026, John Brottem informed Outset Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to depart from the Company and his role as General Counsel, effective September 11, 2026, to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Brottem’s departure is not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company or its management.
