OMAobtains Ps.1,700 million in

short-term financing

Mexico City,Mexico, April 1, 2026 — Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), announces that it has obtained short-term bank loans for an aggregate amount of Ps.1,700 million. Proceeds will be used to 1) pay the OMA 21V bond totaling Ps.1,000 million pesos on April 10^th^, 2026, and 2) support working capital needs. Loans have a six-month maturity and carry an annual weighted average interest rate of TIIEF + 59 basis points. Through these financings, OMA continues to maintain a solid capital structure.
