Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or CertainOfficers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 13, 2023, Frank R. Nerenhausen, the current Executive Vice President and President, Access Segment of Oshkosh Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to step down from that position effective November 13, 2023 in advance of his retirement from the Company as an employee on February 29, 2024. Commencing March 1, 2024, Mr. Nerenhausen will serve as a consultant to the Company and receive $200,000 for services rendered over a period of six months.
