PagSeguro Digital Ltd. Announces Cash Dividend

São Paulo, March 13, 2026 – PAGSEGURO DIGITAL LTD., or the Company (NYSE: PAGS), hereby announces that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of US$0.26 per common share of the Company, expected to be paid on June 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of April 22, 2026, subject, among other factors, to market and company financial conditions. Any future declaration of dividends and the amount thereof will be at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
