CalPrivate Bank Appoints Veteran Credit Executive as Acting Chief Credit Officer

(OTCQX:PBAM), (the “Company”) and CalPrivate Bank (the “Bank”) today announced that Andrew Meitzen has resigned from the position of Chief Credit Officer, effective July 3, 2026. The Bank thanks Andrew for his dedicated service and valuable contributions to the Bank’s credit management team. There was no dispute between the Company or the Bank and Mr. Meitzen that led to his resignation.
