LA JOLLA, Calif., July 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Private Bancorp of America, Inc. (OTCQX:PBAM), (the “Company”) and CalPrivate Bank (the “Bank”) today announced that Andrew Meitzen has resigned from the position of Chief Credit Officer, effective July 3, 2026.
