PARIS & NEW YORK – August 6, 2026 – Pasqal Holding SAS (“Pasqal”), a global leader in neutral-atom quantum computing, today announced that its joint registration statement on Form F-4 (the “Registration Statement”) with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II (Nasdaq: BBCQ) (“Bleichroeder”), filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) in connection with the proposed business combination between Pasqal and Bleichroeder, has been declared effective by the SEC on August 5, 2026.
