| Prudential plc (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following<br>number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each through Merrill Lynch<br>International (the "Bank") on the London Stock Exchange in accordance with<br>the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's 2024 Annual<br>General Meeting (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected in accordance with<br>the agreement entered into with the Bank, as announced on 22<br>November 2024. | ||||||||||
