Effective date of Sir Douglas Flint's appointment to the Board

Further to the announcement on 14 January 2026, Prudential plc confirms that Sir Douglas Flint's appointment as a Non-Executive Director and Chair-Designate will become effective on 4 March 2026.

He will also join the Nomination & Governance and Remuneration Committees on that date.

As previously announced, Sir Douglas will succeed Shriti Vadera as Chair of the Board following the Company's Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2026 when Shriti Vadera will retire from the Board after six years of service.
