On July 17, 2026, Kristi Argyilan, who has served as a director of LiveRamp Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) since February 11, 2026, informed the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) of her intention to resign from the Board, effective immediately. Such resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
