Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 9, 2020, The RealReal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update in accordance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s disclosure guidance with respect to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and filed such release with the SEC on a Form 8-K. Due to a technical error, the copy of the press release included with such filing did not include a complete version of the table representing Gross Merchandise Value trends as shown in the press release that was made public immediately prior to the filing of the Form 8-K. The following is the complete version of such table.
